Every Pro-Care clinic in the Austin and San Antonio metro areas includes chiropractic AND primary care providers who work to provide you the best treatment strategy to help you feel great!
You can book your chiropractic appointments online. Once you’re here, we have onsite X-rays, large rehab bays and a great team of chiropractors and rehab techs who will work with you to treat you vs. spending time waiting.
Whether you need to pay out-of-pocket or use health insurance, we work with every patient to determine the best treatment and provide you up-front pricing and phenomenal value.
Injuries and pain can be isolated or hurt everywhere. Either case, it’s no fun! Our chiropractors will diagnose what’s causing the pain and work with you to deliver the most effective treatment to get you back running marathons or mountain biking.... or just chasing after many kids, too.
Our mission is treat patients like family with exceptional care everyday. When you visit Pro-Care, you’ll meet with your doctor to do a full consultation, exam (X-rays as needed), review your out-of-pocket cost and receive treatment.
What does that treatment entail? In addition to SMART Sessions and chiropractic adjustments, our doctors are certified and practice a variety of methods including:
The McKenzie Method®
Instrument-assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) with Graston Technique®
Active Release Technique (aka ART)
Cold laser therapy
You’ll be an active participant in your recovery. Onsite rehab and at-home exercises will be provided depending on your injury, pain level and treatment plan. At Pro-Care, we’re not in the business of setting up treatment plans that will run into the next decade. We’re here to help you feel your best as fast as possible. Things we know to be true:
Every patient is unique.
Every patient responds differently to chiropractic care.
Positive patient outcomes are the goal. Not the guarantee.

If you’re new to chiropractic care, we hope to answer a few of your questions. A few of the most frequently asked questions:
Chiropractic care is a natural method of health care that treats the causes of physical problems rather than just the symptoms. Chiropractic care is based on a simple but powerful premise: With a healthy lifestyle and normally functioning nerves and spine, the body is better able to heal itself. This is because the spinal cord, which is protected by the spine, is the main pathway of the nervous system. It controls movement, feeling, and function throughout your body. Chiropractic treatment focuses on adjustments to correct spinal malfunctions, called subluxations, in order to remove interference to the spinal cord and the nerves that exit between the bones of the spine. Science has found that the nerve system controls all other organs and tissues of the body, so a nerve system functioning at its best facilitates the body’s ability to cope with disability and disease.
Chiropractors use a natural, drugless, non-surgical approach to health care. They consider all aspects of the patient’s life: family history, work, lifestyle, environment, diet, exercise, and the patient’s physical and emotional stress factors. They place special emphasis on the care of the spine. The primary means of chiropractic care is the spinal adjustment, a short and painless thrust against the spine using only the doctor’s hands. Spinal adjustments correct vertebral subluxations, which are changes in the position of the spine that do not allow the spine to function properly. When the spine is subluxated, the nerves in that area may behave abnormally and cause pain or other problems. The intent of a spinal adjustment is to restore normal motion, function, and nerve impulse flow. Doctors of chiropractic medicine provide highly specialized care for musculoskeletal conditions, and they identify and correct vertebral subluxations.
There are many benefits to chiropractic care including:
Spinal manipulation is more effective than other treatments for low back pain.
Chiropractic adjustments take less time and the benefits last longer.
Chiropractic adjustments are safe.
Chiropractic care costs less and results in fewer lost workdays.
Also, the treatments are pain-free. Many healthcare providers face patients who dread coming to their offices, fearful of a painful procedure or suspected bad news about their health. Chiropractors are fortunate in this regard because the procedures they perform are never invasive. A trip to the chiropractor is much like a trip to the health club, an enjoyable and rewarding activity you do because you value your health. Because people continue with regular care for its long-term benefits, chiropractors also build close relationships with patients over time.
