A Simple Exercise for Shin Splints & Plantar Fasciitis Sufferers

Are you a runner, a weekend warrior or maybe just had “foot issues” your entire life? Some of the most common problems we see at Pro-Care are related to foot/ankle issues, specifically plantar fasciitis and shin splints. Both can be quite painful and also hard to manage because, well, you’ve got to be on your feet.
