Are you a high school or college student studying to become a nurse, doctor, chiropractor, or another medical specialist? We want to help you on your journey with a $500 annual scholarship! Fill out the form with your information by July 1st, 2024, and a winner will be selected by August 1st, 2024 and announced shortly after.
