SMART Session Overview
1. Warm Up
Start off with 8-10 minutes of aerobic warm-up exercises to get blood flowing across the body.
2. Graston Technique
Then, 15 minutes of the Graston Technique® using instruments to break up adhesions and loosen scar tissue.
3. Functional and Rehab Exercises
Next, do guided injury-specific exercises and stretches established by the doctor.
4. Manual Therapy
This 15-minute hands-on therapy precisely targets soft tissue areas causing specific pain or mobility issues.
5. Chiropractic Adjustment
Adjustments are done to correct joint restrictions and improve biomechanics.
6. Cold Laser
3 minutes of cold laser in the affected area penetrates the upper layers of tissue and accelerates healing.
7. Kinesio Taping
Finish with a taping to support and stabilize muscles during healing.

How much does a SMART Session cost?
While co-pays, out-of-pocket premiums, and insurance deductibles vary from one patient to another (and can be daunting), we’ll do our best to give you an estimated cost before treatment. We understand that no one likes surprises!
